We are seeking experienced Customer Experience Dental Lab Technicians - Removables to support clinicians with patient scanning, case prep, and design modifications, delivering high-quality outcomes and outstanding service.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in a dental technician role.
- 2+ years in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including full dentures and partial dentures.
- Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including scan bodies and best design practices.
- Technologically adept with the ability to learn and navigate dental design platforms quickly.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and provide empathetic support.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on treatment plans with doctors in real-time to refine case designs and guide outcomes.
- Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between doctors and Dandy lab teams to translate feedback into production goals.
