Job summary

Impress is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a fast-paced, high-tech clinic environment. You will support doctors, manage patient flow, and maintain digital records using EMRs and intra-oral scanners.

You will perform 3D scans, X-rays, sterilization, and coordinate materials; oversee front desk tasks; ensure accurate clinical data in our systems. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English for internal team communication.
• Strong written communication is essential.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute or faster.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D scans, X-rays, and sterilize instruments; coordinate material prep.
• Lead patient reception and communicate treatment procedures clearly.
• Support front desk tasks and maintain a seamless flow between doctor and patient.
• Deliver high-quality results through motivation and continuous improvement.
• Experience with EMRs, X-rays, intra-oral scanners, and digital file handling.
