Job summary

ÉTICA Talent is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant for a modern, patient-centred dental clinic in the Netherlands. This full-time position combines clinical support with organisational duties to ensure a calm and well-organised patient experience.

You will work closely with the dental team to support treatments, room setup, sterilisation, and efficient administration, maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant is essential.
• Experience assisting during treatments and sterilisation.
• Clear and respectful communication with patients and colleagues.
• Reliable, organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Comfort with Dutch and/or English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide patients throughout their visit.
• Prepare treatment rooms, materials and instruments.
• Clean, disinfect and sterilise instruments and clinical areas in line with clinic procedures.
• Perform 3D scans under supervision and keep patient records accurate and up to date.
• Support appointment scheduling, reception and day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Contribute to an organised, respectful and patient-focused clinic environment.
