Our client is a growing asset and investment management company active within the real estate market with €400 million assets under management. The client manages real estate, via several strategies for their capital partners, in various sectors like Retail, Healthcare and Offices. Our client offers a Retail Commercial Manager position on Associate level within their Amsterdam-based team.

About this position

This role involves primarily supporting asset management activities within their Dutch and German Shopping Centre portfolio with the following main responsibilities:

• Assisting with driving the commercial performance of a diverse retail portfolio through leasing, tenant engagement, and marketing initiatives.
• Supporting leasing strategies, optimize the tenant mix, and contribute to lease negotiations.
• Identify and implement value-add initiatives to enhance asset performance and customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and property manager.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

• At least 3 to 5 years of work experience from working within real estate and especially the retail market
• Proven track record on relationship management
• Skilled user in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Fluent in Dutch and English

Educational background

• Bachelor’s degree in with relevant experience
