Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both required)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renovations and contribute to portfolio projects
• Support development of internal processes to improve efficiency
• Analyze portfolio performance and explore value-enhancing initiatives
• Attend meetings, workshops and external appointments to learn how a real estate investment firm operates
