Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Technical & Solution Sales Support professional for CU West Europe (Netherlands/Belgium). You will partner with the sales team to shape RAN-focused solutions, translate customer needs into end-to-end offerings, and support discussions with customers to drive value and ROI.

You will collaborate across networks and KAM teams, contribute to coherent solutions, and help secure a winning, sustainable business case for each opportunity in a dynamic telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Radio/RAN design, optimization, solutioning or presales for telecom operators.
• Experience interacting with customers in workshops, RFPs, technical negotiations or solution reviews.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional local language within CU geography.

Responsibilities

• Position Ericsson as a trusted thought and technology leader.
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end solutions (HW, SW, services).
• Provide technical sales support and participate in customer discussions.
• Contribute to coherent solutions spanning relevant domains and business case.
• Support value-based selling with business value and TCO/ROI insights.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Share best practices across Networks & KAM teams and capture feedback.
• Create a safe, healthy work environment and contribute to Target Zero.
