Job summary

Hitachi Rail Netherlands B.V. in Huizen, Netherlands, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to bridge customer, operations and engineering and ensure service commitments are met.

You will act as the liaison between the CAT and other stakeholders to drive performance and improvement in one of our critical rail service contracts. You will lead the delivery and supervision of contractual obligations, monitor SLA/KPI compliance, and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence while

Qualifications

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Service Delivery Manager of vergelijkbare functie.
• Ervaring met complexe dienstverlening binnen een technische omgeving.
• Ervaring met SLA-gestuurde contracten en service governance.
• Sterke ervaring met stakeholdermanagement op tactisch niveau.
• Financieel inzicht en ervaring met sturen op omzet en marge.

Responsibilities

• Eindverantwoordelijk voor de tactische aansturing van het dienstverleningscontract.
• Bewaken van SLA’s, KPI’s en serviceprestaties.
• Voorzitten van service review meetings en klantoverleggen.
• Rapporteren over prestaties richting klant en intern management.
• Coördineren van incident-, change- en problemmanagement.
• Functioneel leidinggeven binnen een multidisciplinair team.
