Job summary

Philips is seeking an Implementation Clinical Lead to guide the RI S&SD Implementation team across Central and Eastern Europe. You will lead ~15 clinical consultants delivering Radiology Informatics implementations and shaping workflow designs, including vuePACS and vueRIS adoption.

Fluent in Dutch and English, you have 5+ years in radiology informatics, strong stakeholder management, and travel up to 60%. Based in the Netherlands with hybrid office work and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical Radiology Informatics.
• Knowledge of Philips RI solutions such as vuePACS and vueRIS.
• Strong ability to translate customer requirements into practical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~15 clinical consultants delivering Radiology Informatics implementations across Central and Eastern Europe.
• Provide high-quality clinical consultancy for RI solutions including workflow analysis and implementation support.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to validate designs against clinical requirements.
• Guide customers through complex implementation, testing and adoption of new functionality.
