Job summary

Philips in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Clinical Product Manager MR-RT to drive the clinical strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of MR Radiation Therapy solutions. You will translate clinical needs into differentiated products, shape evidence generation with KOLs, and lead lifecycle management of MR-RT software and workflows.

You will collaborate with R&D, regulatory, marketing, and regional teams, travel 10–20%, and mentor junior PMs. English fluency is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business development, marketing, medical science/physics, bioengineering).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Travel is expected 10-20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical strategy ownership for MR-RT, defining the clinical vision and roadmap.
• Lead market and clinical intelligence to inform long-term planning.
• Develop customer segmentation and value propositions aligned with needs.
• Translate unmet clinical needs into product requirements for MR‑RT software and workflows.
• Partner with KOLs and networks to generate clinical evidence for adoption and regulatory paths.
• Represent portfolio at scientific congresses and gather customer insights.
• Shape GTM plans, support launches, and drive post-launch expansion.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Clinical Science, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Medical, Marketing and Commercial teams.

Education

Advanced degree in relevant field (MSc, PhD, MD, or equivalent)
