Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle, coordinating with Business Development Managers to qualify opportunities and design tailored system configurations. You will travel to customer sites for field trials and live demonstrations, ensuring integration into complex ecosystems and building engineering credibility.

Ideal candidates hold HBO or higher in engineering disciplines, have 3+ years in technical sales or field engineering, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master-level engineering or computer science degree.
• 3+ years in technical sales, systems engineering, or field sales engineering.
• Proven track record managing technical stakeholders and mapping client environments.
• Hands-on experience with hardware and software integrations.
• Basic networking knowledge, including VPNs and routing.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical interface for accounts, integrators, and partners from discovery to contract signature.
• Qualify leads and conduct technical discovery with Business Development Managers.
• Scope, configure, and execute real-world field trials and proofs-of-concept; travel to customer sites.
• Design practical system configurations and feed technical data to the bid team.
• Capture field feedback and share insights with Product Management to guide radar development.
