Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking a Team lead Electronics Assembly to manage a 4-person technical team while staying hands-on with daily production, bridging coaching and goal setting. You will report to the Department Head and collaborate with Production, Engineering and Planning to keep projects running smoothly.

You should have MBO4 in Electronics/Mechatronics and 3+ years in high-tech environments, with hands-on electronics experience. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• MBO4 in Electronics/Mechatronics or related high-tech field.
• 3+ years in high-tech manufacturing, assembly, or engineering environments.
• Proven experience leading a technical sub-team.
• Hands-on experience with electronics and assembly.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and constructive feedback ability.
• Familiarity with HiBob and Odoo for scheduling/hours tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily Hands-on Support: soldering, assembling, testing and calibrating electronic parts.
• Team Leadership: assign tasks, set goals, maintain smooth workflow for 4 people.
• Planning & Scheduling: organise work schedules, approve timesheets, manage leave.
• Coach & Support: help team grow skills and remove bottlenecks.
• Process Improvement: ensure quality and safety standards, improve ways of working.
