Job summary

Shyft Global Services, a TD SYNNEX company, is seeking a Test Technician to test, validate, and troubleshoot rack-mounted computing, server, and data storage systems in a production environment. You will execute manual, semi-automated, and automated tests and analyze logs to identify issues.

You will document results, provide technical support with internal teams and customers, and contribute to test-process improvements.

Qualifications

• MBO diploma or equivalent, preferably in a technical field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or relevant IPC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, system-level, and final testing on electronic systems.
• Work with manual, semi-automated, and automated test setups and scripts.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware and configuration-related issues.
• Interpret log files and test results to identify system faults.
• Document test results and deviations in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide technical support to customers in collaboration with internal teams.
• Contribute to improvements in test processes and quality assurance.
