Job summary

Shyft Global Services, a TD SYNNEX company, is seeking a Test Technician to test, validate, and troubleshoot rack-mounted computing, server, and data storage systems in a collaborative environment. You will perform functional, system-level, and final testing, analyze logs and scripts, and provide technical support to customers and internal teams, contributing to quality improvements and processes.

Qualifications

Experience testing electronic systems or IT hardware.
Familiarity with server/storage/rack-mounted systems.
Ability to read log files, error messages, and basic scripts.
Basic knowledge of hardware, firmware, and system configurations.

Responsibilities

Perform functional, system-level, and final testing on electronic systems and sub-assemblies.
Work with manual, semi-automated, and automated test setups and scripts.
Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware and configuration-related issues.
Interpret log files and test results to identify system faults.
Document test results and deviations in accordance with established procedures.
Provide technical support to customers in collaboration with internal teams.
Contribute to improvements in test processes and quality assurance.
