Zusammenfassung

In this role you design, prototype and validate solutions, maintain demo equipment, and work closely with Operations and Service to ensure scalable, manufacturable outcomes. English proficiency and self-sufficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Balanced mechanical and electrical engineering background.
• At least five years of relevant R&D or lab experience.
• Hands-on fabrication, prototyping and design work.
• Familiarity with PLC documentation is a plus, not required to program.
• Proven ability to read drawings and integrate electrical instrumentation.

Aufgaben

• Own the R&D lab, keep it organized and well maintained.
• Maintain and improve demo suitcases and pilot test equipment.
• Maintain and redesign air-sampling equipment used before GC-MS analysis.
• Plan, prepare and conduct laboratory experiments.
• Manage R&D projects from start to finish.
• Improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Develop mechanical and electrical improvements.
• Design and automate manufacturing processes and workstations.
• Monitor project progress and set priorities.
• Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Service teams.
• Contribute to energy-efficient product development.
