Aerox zoekt eenAssemblage Medewerker in Vleuten om mee te bouwen aan innovatieve luchtreinigingssystemen voor wereldwijd gebruik. Je assembleert, test en verifiëert subassemblies en eindproducten volgens specificaties, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Je werkt in een hecht team, begeleid door ervaren collega’s en krijgt training om jezelf flexibel te ontwikkelen binnen de rol.

Competenze

• Technische affiniteit en hands-on werkervaring
• Ervaring met assemblage (mechanisch of elektrisch is een plus)
• Nauwkeurig kunnen werken en instructies volgen
• Comfortabel met gereedschap en technische apparatuur
• Fysiek in staat om onderdelen te tillen en te verplaatsen
• Bereid om nieuwe technische vaardigheden te leren
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands of Engels
• Proactieve en teamgerichte instelling

Mansioni

• Volledige Aerox-eenheden volgens specificaties en werkinstructies assembleren
• Mechanische en elektrische assembleeractiviteiten uitvoeren
• Voltooide eenheden testen met checklists en kwaliteitsprocedures
• Identificeren en melden van assemblage- of kwaliteitsproblemen
• Subassemblies voorbereiden voor Operaties en Service activiteiten
• Ondersteunen van magazijnactiviteiten door te helpen met materialen, logistiek en inventaris
• Technische tekeningen en assembleerinstructies lezen en volgen
• Een schone, georganiseerde en veilige werkplek handhaven
• Samenwerken met collega's om hoogwaardige producten te leveren

As an Assembly Mechanic at Aerox, you play an important role in building innovative air treatment systems that are used by customers around the world. You assemble, connect and test complete units, ensuring every product meets the highest quality standards before it reaches the customer.

Based at our facility in Vleuten, you will join a close-knit team where colleagues support each other, share knowledge and work together to deliver a high-quality end product. Whether you are just starting out or already have some technical experience, you will receive the guidance and training needed to become successful in the role.

• Technical affinity and an interest in hands-on work
• Experience with assembly (mechanics or electrical work is a plus)
• Able to work accurately and follow instructions
• Comfortable working with tools and technical equipment
• Physically able to lift and move components when required
• Willing to learn and develop new technical skills
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English

• Assemble complete Aerox units according to specifications and work instructions
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly activities
• Test completed units using checklists and quality procedures
• Identify and report assembly or quality issues when needed
• Prepare subassemblies for Operations and Service activities
• Support warehouse operations by assisting with materials, logistics, and inventory as needed
• Read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality products
