Leaseweb is seeking a Quotation Desk Specialist to ensure high-quality quotes globally. You will review quotes in CPQ against predefined technical and business parameters to minimize errors and ensure a smooth, fast approval flow and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include evaluating quotes, approving compliant submissions, providing constructive feedback, identifying trends, and delivering structured feedback to internal teams for process improvement.

Quotation Desk Specialist

The objective of the Quotation Desk Specialist is to ensure a high quality of quotes globally. This specialist is responsible for checking the quality of quotes in CPQ against a pre-defined set of technical and business parameters to eliminate errors at an early stage and ensure a smooth, fast approval flow and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quote Evaluation: Review and verify quotes against a pre-defined set of technical and business parameters.
• Approval Process: Approve quotes that meet the established requirements and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Feedback Provision: Offer constructive feedback to the quote originator, highlighting areas for improvement based on established guidelines.
• Trend Analysis: Identify and flag general trends and areas for improvement to management for continuous process enhancement.
• Departmental Feedback: Provides structured feedback to various internal teams on departmental processes, challenges, or improvements when relevant.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Ability to understand Leaseweb's offerings
