Job summary

Keylane is looking for a Consultant Release Management to strengthen our Release Management department. You ensure that changes to our software are delivered to customers in a controlled and predictable manner.

You will be the key link between internal teams and customers, coordinating releases across test and production environments. You’ll drive process improvements, standardize release practices, and maintain clear documentation in a collaborative, international, hybrid working setup.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Release Management or related roles.
• Background with IT, SaaS, pensions.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ASL, BiSL is a plus.
• Clear and confident communicator with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional, international teams.
• Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and reference check required.
• Training on information security responsibilities applies.

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and help resolve issues related to releases and deployments.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders around releases on both test and production environments.
• Ensure smooth planning, communication, and execution of releases.

• Contribute to the development of standardized release processes across customers and products.

At Keylane, we are looking for a Consultant Release Management to strengthen our Release Management department. In this role, you ensure that changes to our software are delivered to our customers in a controlled and predictable manner.

Key About Your Role

As a Consultant for Release Management, you are a key link between our internal departments and our customers. You consistently ensure stable, predictable, and high-quality releases across all environments. You will combine operational release coordination with continuous improvement of release processes, helping Keylane move towards one standardized way of releasing for all customers.

You will be part of the Release Management department, a team of driven and experienced colleagues. The team consists of diverse expertise (pension, actuarial, technical) and works closely with colleagues in the Netherlands, Denmark, and India, each bringing their own strengths. Key About Your Responsibilities

• Clear and confident communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Able to work independently as well as in a cross-functional, international team.


• Proactive mindset with a focus on quality, stability, and continuous improvement.


• Comfortable coordinating across teams and handling multiple priorities.


• A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and reference check are part of the application process.

Benefits and Compensation

• A monthly gross salary between € 3500 and € 4700 based on 40 hours per week


• 8% holiday allowance of your total gross salary
