Job summary

QuantWare is seeking an RF Test Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and commission room-temperature and cryogenic measurement infrastructure for validating high-density QPUs. You will automate switching matrices, optimize signal paths, and contribute to a scalable test platform while tackling complex quantum hardware challenges.

The role emphasizes hands-on lab work, collaboration with an interdisciplinary R&D team, and end-to-end validation from setup to recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, applied physics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in test, validation, or characterization of deep-tech hardware.
• Hands-on RF/DC measurement experience and instrumentation such as VNAs and SMUs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute RF and DC test campaigns for VIO devices.
• Build, operate, and maintain room-temperature and cryogenic measurement setups.
• Diagnose test failures, trace root causes, and drive improvements.
• Document setups and track parameters across R&D cycles.
