QuantWare is seeking a Quantum R&D Measurement Engineer to execute characterization measurements across room temperature and cryogenic regimes. You will work with R&D teams to collect high-quality data to refine fabrication and device design, contributing to scalable quantum processors.

The role requires hands-on lab work with RF and cryogenic equipment, strong data discipline, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (PhD a plus).
• Hands-on experience operating electrical/RF lab equipment (VNAs, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
• Experience with cryogenic measurement setups.
• Strong interest in hands-on lab execution and data acquisition.
• Basic Python for data processing or instrument control.

Responsabilités

• Execute DC, RF, and microwave measurement routines at room temperature and cryogenic temps.
• Collect, process, and document measurement data for R&D projects.
• Operate and maintain laboratory measurement setups and automation.
• Provide experimental feedback across system development stages.
• Troubleshoot wiring, noise sources, and setup configurations for measurement integrity.
