Delft Circuits, based in Delft, the Netherlands, seeks a results-driven Project Manager to shepherd customer projects from initial request to final delivery. Projects range from simple cables to tailored, state-of-the-art systems, typically 2 to 9 months, and you’ll coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure on-time, well-documented outcomes.

You will maintain ERP/CRM data (Odoo), drive project flow templates, and manage budgets and dashboards.

Formación

• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full project cycle from customer request to final delivery.
• Finalize designs, document, and hand over to manufacturing (design freeze & handover).
• Act as liaison between design, manufacturing and procurement for timely delivery.
• Oversee timelines, monitor progress and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate delivery of finished products, handling logistics and expectations.
• Coordinate procurement tasks with the Supply Chain Coordinator.
• Collaborate with engineers and support administrative tasks for smooth execution.
• Maintain and update project data in ERP/CRM (Odoo).
• Keep dashboards up to date and provide transparent project progress.
