Qualifications

• PhD in Physics with a focus on superconducting or semiconductor qubits; broad qubit knowledge.
• PhD in quantum computing is required.
• Hands-on experimental experience with RF signals, microwaves, DC equipment, cryostats, QPUs and related lab gear.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Application Scientists.
• Act as bridge between customers and internal R&D/Sales teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align scientific work with market needs.
• Support demos and customer engagements as needed.
• Synthesize customer feedback into structured product inputs.
