Job summary

You’ll collaborate with R&D and manufacturing partners, drive improvements, and apply tools like FMEA and Six Sigma to deliver reliable product outcomes in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physics, Electronics, Chemistry, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in quality and reliability engineering.
• Knowledge of semiconductor Front-End technologies (GaN/III-V desirable).
• Experience with statistical analysis methods and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI quality team focusing on failure analysis, reliability and quality.
• Translate customer and business quality requirements into measurable standards.
• Drive reliability strategies for new technology developments.
• Perform risk assessments using FMEA, 8D, DoE, Six Sigma.
• Support failure analysis activities and reliability investigations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing to improve process quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and quality teams.
• Manage and report on project quality activities in multidisciplinary programs.
