Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Process Engineer to advance cutting-edge semiconductor processing technologies. You will develop and optimize process formulations, define equipment needs, analyze test data, and coordinate design requirements for compatibility with processing methods.

You will contribute to advancing the Prestis PLD Product Line and collaborate across teams to enable customer success and future roadmap milestones, while embodying Lam's commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant science or engineering field with research experience.
• Strong foundation in statistical methods and DOE.
• Experience with semiconductor processing and laboratory practices welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process engineering research, development, and evaluation for Lam's semiconductor equipment.
• Review and optimize processing methods used in fabrication of products.
• Develop new processes and improvements to reduce costs and increase yields.
