Job summary

Stepan Netherlands B.V. in Vlissingen seeks a Quality Manager QA/Q to oversee QA/QC systems and lead the quality program at the polyols production site.

You will manage audits, CAPA, and collaborations with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and R&D, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements; you will develop and maintain documentation and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in quality/chemical/laboratory field.
• Professional QA/QC experience in chemical industry.
• Experience supervising teams.
• ERP experience (SAP) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System.
• Lead QA/QC activities, audits and CAPA across site.
• Interface with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and R&D on quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISCC+ and other certifications.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

The Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems consistently meet internal quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory and certification requirement

s.The role combines strategic oversight of the Quality Management System with hands-on leadership of quality control activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The position is a full time (100%) on-site positio
