Job summary

Helloflex in Hapert, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to own product quality and drive continuous improvements across Engineering, Purchasing, Sales and Production. You translate quality requirements into the production process and lead preventive actions.

You will support new product development from a quality and manufacturability perspective, identify and solve quality issues, and apply Lean, Six Sigma and standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 to raise process

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering / Technical Business Administration, or a comparable technical background
• Several years of experience in a similar Quality Engineering position
• Experience with quality management systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is preferred
• Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma is an advantage

Are you an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong technical background? Do you enjoy working on product quality, process improvement and solving quality issues at the source? For an innovative technical production environment in Hapert, we are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer who can take responsibility for quality and work closely with different departments.

What will you do?

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be involved in the development of new products from an early stage. You advise colleagues on quality and manufacturability and make sure that quality requirements are properly translated into the production process.

You will proactively initiate, prepare and carry out activities to secure and continuously improve product and process quality . You work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Sales and Production and regularly communicate with customers about product quality and the handling of complaints.

Your responsibilities include:

What do we expect from you?
