Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing or mechatronics environments with quality systems.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge, and experience with NPI processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements across manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain Process FMEAs, Control Plans, MSA studies and quality documentation.
• Lead SPC implementation and drive data-driven decision making on the shop floor.
• Investigate quality issues using RCA, 8D and DMAIC methodologies and implement corrective actions.
• Support New Product Introductions with robust quality controls and processes.
