Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing or electronics.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methods (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA); familiarity with JIRA and Power BI.
• Proactive problem-solver with collaborative mindset.

About the role

In this position, you will be the driving force behind product and process excellence. From development to production, you ensure that quality is built in at every stage. You’ll collaborate with engineers, project teams, and suppliers to solve complex problems, implement improvements, and make sure every product meets the highest standards.

Your key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for quality matters across projects and teams
• Guide and coach colleagues to adopt best practices and improve workflows

Your profile
