Job summary

Orion Engineering in Eindhoven is seeking an Equipment Engineer to advance production quality and efficiency. You will analyze and solve complex technical problems within the production process and coordinate quality-related escalations toward customers and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve complex technical problems within the production process.
• Coordinate quality-related escalations towards customers and support manufacturing.
• Initiate and implement process improvements focused on product quality, scrap reduction, and cost savings.
• Proactively collaborate with manufacturing and other departments to turn improvement ideas into actions.
• Maintain and update procedures and processes, and contribute to improvement projects.
