Job summary

Qualifications

• HBO degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience with or strong interest in FMEA facilitation and risk management methods.
• Experience in RCA and structured problem-solving methods (8D, PDCA, A3, Lean Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends for improvements.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate risk analyses (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risks.
• Translate lessons into standardized processes and best practices.
• Drive RCA investigations for quality, reliability, and process issues.
• Coach cross-functional teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Support NPI, industrialization, and on-floor manufacturing improvements.
