Job summary

GEODIS zoekt in Venlo een kwaliteitscontrolemedewerker voor ons magazijn. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de eindcontrole van orders en zorgt dat de juiste producten klaar zijn voor verzending. Je inspecteert op beschadiging en rapporteert afwijkingen, verplaatst en verpakt veilig, en werkt samen met magazijncollega’s.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en beheerst Engels en/of Nederlands. Een eigen vervoer is gewenst en de functie betreft 32–40 uur per week in dagdienst.

Qualifications

• Engels en/of Nederlandsvaardig.
• Geen minimale opleiding vereist.

Responsibilities

• Je voert eindcontrole uit op orders en controleert hoeveelheid, kwaliteit en eventuele fouten.
• Zorg dat de juiste producten klaar zijn voor verzending.
• Inspecteer producten op beschadigingen of defecten.
• Verpak producten veilig voor transport.
• Rapporteer onjuiste of beschadigde producten.
• Werk nauw samen met collega’s in het magazijn.
• Houd de werkplek schoon en georganiseerd.
• Zorg dat elke order voldoet aan de kwaliteitsnormen voordat deze vertrekt.

As a Quality Control Employee, you are responsible for the final quality check of orders in the warehouse.

• Checking orders for quantity, quality and possible errors;
• Making sure the correct products are ready for shipment;
• Checking products for damage or defects;
• Packing products safely for transport;
• Reporting incorrect or damaged products;
• Working together with your warehouse colleagues;
• Keeping your workplace clean and organized.
• You work accurately and make sure every order meets the quality requirements before it leaves the warehouse.
