Job summary

Geodis in Venlo zoekt een kwaliteitscontrole medewerker om bij te dragen aan nauwkeurige eindverpakking en kwaliteitscontroles in een wereldwijd logistiek bedrijf.

Je werkt in een divers team, met ruimte voor ontwikkeling en training. Vereisten zijn nauwkeurigheid, zelfstandigheid, Engels/Nederlands, en flexibele dagdiensten. Een kans op vast dienstverband en reiskostenvergoeding worden aangeboden.

Qualifications

• Kandidaten kunnen nauwkeurig en zelfstandig werken.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid voor dagdiensten (06:30–18:00).
• Eigen vervoer en accommodatie zijn vereist.
• Goede beheersing van Engels en/of Nederlands.
• Ervaring in logistiek, bij voorkeur als Quality Control Medewerker.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van orders en zorgen voor foutloze afhandeling in de eindfase.
• Verantwoordelijk voor veilige en efficiënte verpakking van producten.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om hoge productkwaliteit te waarborgen.
• Samenwerken in een divers team en kennis uitwisselen ter ontwikkeling.
• Bijdragen aan continue verbeteringen in processen voor meer efficiëntie en kwaliteit.

What will you do:

• Carefully inspect orders and ensure error-free handling in the final stage of the process.
• Efficiently and safely pack products in preparation for transport.
• Perform quality checks to guarantee the high quality of our products.

• Contribute to continuous improvements in our processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Wat we je bieden

We understand that work is about more than just a salary, which is why we focus on your development and well-being. Below you can see what you can expect from us:

• Hourly wage between €14.99 and €16.20.
• Temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
• Full-time working week of 32 to 40 hours.
• Travel allowance from 10 km, up to a maximum of €12.50 per day.
• Possibility of having your contract taken over by Geodis.
• Access to more than 500 training courses for your development.

Are you the accurate and flexible logistics employee we are looking for?

• Able to work accurately and independently.
• Flexible availability for day shifts (between 06:30 and 18:00).
• Own transport and accommodation are required.
• Good command of the English and/or Dutch language.
• Experience in logistics, preferably in a role as a Quality Control Employee.
