Qualifications

• Experience with microbiological techniques such as air monitoring and surface monitoring.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations.
• GMP-regulated environments desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills in English (minimum B1).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring activities within cleanroom environments.
• Conduct microbiological testing, including sterility testing and plate reading.
• Accurately document, enter, review, and trend laboratory data.
• Support routine maintenance and upkeep of laboratory equipment and workspaces.
• Ensure GMP compliance and adherence to internal procedures.
• Assist with investigations and departmental projects.
• Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records.
• Support daily QC Microbiology operations in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule

This position follows an 18-week rotating shift schedule:

• Day Shift: 07:30/08:30 - 16:30/17:30
• Evening Shift: 15:00 - 23:30
