Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking a Specialist, QC Microbiology to support in-process, final product, stability testing and environmental monitoring on-site in Leiden. You will work within a fast-paced team to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role involves routine testing, data review, method transfer support, and document control under cGMP guidelines. Bachelor's degree in science and 2+ years microbiology QC experience are preferred; Netherlands MLO level 4 is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; preferably in science.
• Netherlands MLO level 4 required.
• 2+ years of relevant microbiological testing or QC experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience with microbiological techniques.
• Ability to follow and apply GMP requirements.
• Knowledge of LIMS, ELN and laboratory data analysis systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving ability and technical mindset.
• Effective communication with peers and management.
• Experience with writing technical documents preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of in-process, final product and stability samples.
• Perform environmental/facilities monitoring and microbiological testing.
• May perform testing for method transfer/verification/validation.
• Perform data verification, data review and GMP documentation review.
• May perform document revision, CAPA and deviation investigations.
• Train analysts on general job duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
