Job summary

Arvato Netherlands B.V. zoekt een Productie- medewerker voor assemblage en calibratie in een internationale werkomgeving. Je assembleert, kalibreert en test producten volgens strikte kwaliteitsnormen om klanttevredenheid te garanderen.

Je werkt met mechanische en elektronische onderdelen, voert kalibraties uit en inspecteert om te waarborgen dat meetwaarden aan de vereisten voldoen. Er is een stabiele positie met onboarding en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie.

Qualifications

• Vereiste hands-on ervaring met assemblage van mechanische en elektronische componenten volgens werkinstructies en tekeningen.
• Nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteit waarborgen tijdens het assemblageproces.
• Kennis van calibratie en het controleren van producten volgens klant specificaties.

Responsibilities

• Assembleren van mechanische en elektronische componenten volgens werkopdrachten en technische tekeningen.
• Calibreren van producten en apparatuur voor naleving van klant specificaties.
• Testen en inspecteren van geassembleerde producten op afwijkingen en fouten.
• Onderhouden van hoge kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheid bij het gebruik van gereedschap.
• Uitvoeren van repetitieve assemblage- en productieactiviteiten met hoge nauwkeurigheid.

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, calibrating, and testing products while maintaining the highest quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

What are you going to do?

Assembly and Calibration

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to work instructions and technical drawings.
• Ensure precision and quality throughout the assembly process.
• Calibrate products and equipment to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Perform production activities based on customer requirements.
• Verify that measurements and calibrations meet the required standards before shipment.

Inspection and Quality Control

• Inspect and test assembled products to identify defects, inaccuracies, or misalignments.
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure only compliant products are released to customers.
• Follow all safety procedures while using tools and equipment.

Production and Process Support

• Perform repetitive assembly and production tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Use a variety of tools, including screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches, and measuring instruments.
• Learn and understand specialized production processes that go beyond standard logistics operations.
• Identify the correct tools and procedures required for different production orders.
