Job summary

Start People in Ede zoekt een nauwkeurige assemblagemedewerker voor onze technische productie. Je verwerkt zware onderdelen met precisie, gebruikt meegeleverde gereedschappen en zorgt dat elk product aan de kwaliteitsnormen voldoet.

Je werkt in een team in een gestructureerde dagdienst van 40 uur. Er zijn reiskostenvergoedingen, training en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Locatie is goed bereikbaar, parkeergelegenheid is gratis; Engels of Nederlands vereist.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in productie- of montageomgevingen.
• Goede beheersing van Engels of Nederlands.
• Affiniteit met technologie en precieze werkwijzen.
• Fysiek in staat zware onderdelen te hanteren.
• Woonachtig in of nabij Ede, voorkeur.
• VMBO-opleiding of gelijkwaardig.

Responsibilities

• Monteer componenten met precisie, inclusief zware onderdelen, met behulp van beschikbaar gereedschap.
• Controleer producten op kwaliteit voordat ze naar de volgende fase gaan.
• Onderhoud van werkplek en gereedschap voor efficiëntie en veiligheid.
• Werk samen met het team om processen te verbeteren en een positieve werkomgeving te behouden.
• Volg veiligheidsvoorschriften en neem deel aan trainingen om veiligheid te verbeteren.

As an assembler power collection, you'll play a vital role in crafting high-quality technical products that drive innovation in the industry. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you'll handle both small and large components with precision and care, ensuring every product meets our rigorous quality standards. • Assembling components with precision, including heavy parts, using tools and equipment provided.
• Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards before moving to the next stage.
• Maintaining your workspace and tools to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Collaborating with your team to improve processes and maintain a positive work environment.
• Following safety protocols and participating in training sessions to enhance workplace safety.

• Hourly wage between €17.50 and €18, plus 4.98% ADV allowance.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, in a structured day shift (07:00-16:00 or 08:00-17:00).
