StudentJob zoekt een gedreven Assembly Operator voor een schone ruimte-omgeving in Vessem. Je werkt mee aan de assemblage van hoogwaardige mechanische en mechatronische producten volgens technische tekeningen en kwaliteitsnormen.

Je hebt een MBO-opleiding op technisch vlak en ervaring met precisieassemblage. Ervaring in een cleanroom is een pré; werken in een twee-ploegendienst vereist flexibiliteit en teamgericht werken. Een aantrekkelijke beloning en ontwikkelingskansen wachten op jou.

Responsibilities

• Assisteren bij de assemblage van hoogwaardige mechanische en mechatronische producten.
• Monteren van slangkoppelingen, leidingen en fittingen.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op afmetingen en functionaliteit.
• Werken volgens cleanroom procedures en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Producten voorbereiden, testen en gereedmaken voor verzending.
• Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen op gebied van kwaliteit en efficiëntie.

For our client, we are looking for enthusiastic Assembly Operators to work in a cleanroom environment in Vessem, near Eindhoven. Over de functie

As an Assembly Technician, you will work on the assembly of high quality precision mechanical and mechatronic products in a cleanroom environment. Based on technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards, you will assemble components and complete modules with the highest level of precision.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling precision mechanical and mechatronic products;
• Assembling hose bundles, tubing, fittings, and other high tech components;
• Performing quality inspections and checking products for dimensions and functionality;
• Working according to cleanroom procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing, testing, and getting products ready for shipment;
• Actively contributing ideas for improving work processes, quality, and efficiency.

You will receive a comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure that you become familiar with all processes and quality standards.

Wie ben jij?

You are precise, have an eye for detail, and place a strong emphasis on quality. You have a technical mindset, are eager to learn, and feel comfortable working in a production environment where precision is essential. You are able to work independently while also being a strong team player.

In addition, you have:

• A completed MBO level technical education or equivalent practical and intellectual working level;
• Experience in precision mechanical or technical assembly;
• An affinity with technology and a quality focused approach to work;
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage;
• Experience working in a cleanroom is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus;
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and team oriented attitude;
• Willingness to work in a two shift system;
• Good command of either Dutch or English.
