Job summary

Our client in Vessem zoekt een nauwkeurige Assembly Operator voor een schone productieomgeving. Je assembleert hoogwaardige mechanische en mechatronische producten volgens tekeningen en werkinstructies, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en precisie.

Je werkt in een productie-omgeving met twee ploegen en krijgt een uitgebreid inwerk- en trainingsprogramma. Een MBO-opleiding en ervaring in assemblage zijn vereist, ervaring in cleanroom is een plus. Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels is gewenst.

Qualifications

• Een MBO-opleiding op technisch vlak of vergelijkbare praktijkervaring.
• Ervaring met precisie mechanische of technische assemblage.
• Affiniteit met technologie en kwaliteitsgerichte aanpak.
• Ervaring in een productie omgeving is een pré.
• Ervaring in een cleanroom is een pré.
• Kennis van Lean Manufacturing is een plus.
• Proactieve, enthousiaste en teamgerichte instelling.
• Bereidheid tot werken in een 2-ploegenrooster.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels.

Responsibilities

• Assembleren van precisie mechanische en mechatronische producten volgens technische tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Verzamelen en testen van onderdelen en modules voor verzending.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsinspecties en controleren van afmetingen en functionaliteit.

Over de functie

As an Assembly Technician, you will work on the assembly of high quality precision mechanical and mechatronic products in a cleanroom environment. Based on technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards, you will assemble components and complete modules with the highest level of precision.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling precision mechanical and mechatronic products;
• Assembling hose bundles, tubing, fittings, and other high tech components;
• Performing quality inspections and checking products for dimensions and functionality;
• Working according to cleanroom procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing, testing, and getting products ready for shipment;
• Actively contributing ideas for improving work processes, quality, and efficiency.

You will receive a comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure that you become familiar with all processes and quality standards.

Wie ben jij?

You are precise, have an eye for detail, and place a strong emphasis on quality. You have a technical mindset, are eager to learn, and feel comfortable working in a production environment where precision is essential. You are able to work independently while also being a strong team player.

In addition, you have:

• A completed MBO level technical education or equivalent practical and intellectual working level;
• Experience in precision mechanical or technical assembly;
• An affinity with technology and a quality focused approach to work;
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage;
• Experience working in a cleanroom is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus;
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and team oriented attitude;
• Willingness to work in a two shift system;
• Good command of either Dutch or English.
