Qualifications

• Must-have HBO degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years QA experience in FMCG, preferably dairy/food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, IFS, and FSSC 22000 standards.
• Experience with audits, deviation management, and CI initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
• Proactive, flexible and self-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits and inspections.
• Investigate quality deviations, customer complaints, and trends.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and CAPA activities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Create, manage, and update procedures and quality documentation.
• Advise production and operations teams on quality matters.
• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare stakeholder reports.
• Coordinate supplier and raw material quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System

Requirements
