Job summary

Rise Resourcing is partnering with a well-established international retailer to recruit a Quality Manager to lead the Electronics quality agenda in Amsterdam. The role focuses on ensuring products meet high quality, safety and regulatory standards across Europe, with flexible working arrangements and a strong emphasis on people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retailer, supplier or consumer brand environments.
• Previous management experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience overseeing Electronics category quality across Europe and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing quality across Electronics, Battery products.
• Reviewing product samples, technical files and product specifications.
• Ensuring testing and compliance documentation is current and meets regulations.
• Conducting product risk assessments and reviewing test reports.
• Approving packaging, artwork, warning labels and product documentation.
• Working with buying teams, suppliers and testing partners across Europe and the Far East.
• Analyzing product returns and driving supplier improvements.
• Supporting buying and customer service teams with technical expertise.

You'll take ownership of the Electronics category, ensuring products consistently meet the highest quality, safety and regulatory standards across Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing quality across Electronic, Battery products
• Reviewing product samples, technical files and product specifications
• Ensuring all testing and compliance documentation is current and meets the latest regulations
• Conducting product risk assessments and reviewing test reports
• Approving packaging, artwork, warning labels and product documentation
• Working closely with buying teams, suppliers and testing partners across Europe and the Far East
• Analysing product returns and driving continuous improvement with suppliers
• Supporting buying and customer service teams with technical expertise

You'll already have experience within a retailer, supplier or consumer brand.

Previous management experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.
