Key Responsibilities

Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and comply with EU regulatory requirements.
Lead supplier audits and quality assessments, building strong relationships to drive improvements.
Manage quality investigations, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
Partner with product development teams to ensure quality is embedded from concept to launch.
Provide technical expertise to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
Deliver training and guidance to colleagues and suppliers on quality processes.
Monitor industry trends and regulations, ensuring H&B stays ahead of compliance changes.
Report on key quality metrics, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in our Amsterdam offices.

Person Requirements

Degree qualified in food science, quality management, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in a quality management role within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of EU food/product regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence in stakeholder management.
A hands-on problem solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience in supplier management and auditing.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Passion for health, wellness, and delivering high-quality products to customers.
