Job summary

The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) seeks a motivated Research Intern for the Orange Corners: Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship Team. The role focuses on qualitative research, data analysis, and MEL support from November 2026 to August 2027.

You will gather and analyze interview data, review literature, and help translate findings into white papers and program outputs. Hybrid work is available with office presence on select days.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at a Dutch educational institution during the internship period.
• In a advanced stage of university studies relevant to the position such as Innovation Sciences, International Business, Organizational Change, Business Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship, International Development Studies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative data collection and analysis (interviews, surveys, literature reviews).
• Transcribe and code interview data; summarize findings for white papers and research outputs.
• Support MEL activities, monitor programme results, and present insights using Excel and Power BI.
