Job summary

DVJ Insights is seeking a Dutch-speaking Research Expert to join our fast-growing agency in Utrecht. The role blends client-facing project leadership with hands-on questionnaire development, field coordination, data analysis and reporting.

You will work in an international team, collaborating with consultants and researchers on market research projects for diverse brands, with opportunities for personal development and flexible hybrid working.

Qualifications

• University/college degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, marketing research, data science, economics).
• 0–5 years of relevant work experience in research or marketing.
• Excellent command of English and Dutch (both verbal and written).
• Ability to take initiative and strive for improvement.
• Good planning and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Undertake projects in partnership with the client and research team.
• Develop and programme customized questionnaires.
• Set up and coordinate fieldwork through panels.
• Analyse and interpret data.
• Create reports and data visualisation in PowerPoint.
• Provide conclusions and recommendations to clients.
