Zusammenfassung

Neways-Electronics-International-Nv is seeking a QESH Manager to lead Quality, Environment, Safety & Health across sites in Son, Echt, and Nijmegen. You will report to the Managing Director and sit on the Management Team, driving continuous improvement and compliance.

You will build and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 management systems, align with MDR knowledge, and lead a ~20-person team across multiple locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in a technical manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949.
• ISO 14971 and MDR knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Experience with certification processes, audits, and continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Develop and safeguard the QESH strategy across multiple sites.
• Lead and develop a team of about 20 QESH professionals.
• Maintain and improve management systems across sites (Son, Echt, Nijmegen).
• Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and customer requirements (ISO 13485, IATF 16949).
• Lead audits and certification processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies.
• Collaborate with HSE to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
• Analyze performance, risks, and trends; report to MD and Management Team.
