Job summary

Q4S is seeking an experienced QA Lead Auditor in the Netherlands to drive and refine our QA policy across the organization. You will lead audits, report findings, and guide corrective actions to ensure top quality standards.

You will work with cross-functional teams, maintain certification body relationships, and mentor staff on ISO 9001 practices. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA role.
• Lead Auditor certification (e.g. IRCA) is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.

• You conduct internal and external audits in accordance with ISO standards.


• You analyse audit results and prepare clear reports.


• You guide the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.


• You proactively advise management on quality improvements.


• You maintain contacts with certifying bodies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar QA role.


• Higher professional education (HBO) / university (WO) level of thinking and working.


• Demonstrable experience as a Lead Auditor.


• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant industrial standards.


• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Independent and proactive work attitude.


• In possession of a Lead Auditor certification (e.g. IRCA).


• In possession of a VCA VOL certificate.

Nice to have

• Experience within steel construction or heavy industry.


• Knowledge of other management systems (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
