Job summary

Q4S is seeking an experienced QC Manager in the Rotterdam region to shape and implement our quality policy for steel construction projects. You will lead the QC team, coordinate daily activities, and ensure compliance with client requirements, standards, and ISO 9001 norms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in steel construction or heavy industry.
• Experience with quality management systems, especially ISO 9001.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of norms and standards in steel construction.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• VCA VOL certificate and ISO 9001 internal auditor certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality policy and procedures.

• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure quality.
