Job summary

OSI Foods GmbH & Co. KG in Beuningen is seeking a QA Specialist to safeguard product and food safety across operations and strategy. You will validate processes, manage documentation, and lead root-cause analyses, while coordinating training and audits with internal and external stakeholders.

You will apply HACCP knowledge and food safety standards (IFS/QS/BLK) in a collaborative, improvement-driven environment, reporting to the QA Manager and driving quality initiatives company-wide.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Validate and verify products, equipment, and processes.
• Manage and control quality documentation.
• Manage non-conforming products and conduct Root Cause Analyses.
• Monitor traceability and mass balance.
• Coordinate and manage training in quality and food safety.
• Stay informed about food safety and quality regulations and implement them.
• Inform and report quality issues to stakeholders.
• Support decision-making and identify trends at strategic and operational levels.
• Directly report to the QA Manager.
• Promote continuous improvement within the organization.
• Organize and follow up on audits and customer visits.
• Promote ownership of quality inside and outside the organization.
