OSI Europe is a leading meat processing company located in Beuningen. We are looking for a QA Specialist to ensure product and food safety at both operational and strategic levels, validating products, managing documentation and supporting audits.

You will report to the QA Manager and drive continuous improvement across production and quality teams. You should have HBO-level education in food technology, extensive HACCP knowledge, and experience with audit processes.

Qualifications

• Must hold HBO-level or equivalent in food technology.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards (IFS, QS, BLK).
• Experience with audit processes and quality documentation.

Responsabilités

• Validate and verify products, equipment and processes.
• Manage and control quality documentation.
• Lead non-conforming product handling and root cause analyses.
• Oversee traceability and mass balance.
• Coordinate quality and food safety training.
