Base pay range

Vacancy: QA Specialist NPD

Hours: 32-38 hours per week

Duration: 9 months + possible 3-month extension

Factory Background

Our partner's production site is one of the largest within their global network, with over 600 employees dedicated to producing high-quality infant formula and food ingredients. The site plays a crucial role in ensuring babies around the world grow up healthy and strong.

Role Purpose

As a QA Specialist NPD, you will contribute to the development of the next generation of infant nutrition products. You'll manage complex quality inspection plans, interpret quality control results, and collaborate with various stakeholders. This temporary role supports the implementation of a new IT system and covers for a colleague returning to their original role after the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve trial and validation protocols in collaboration with R&D
• Provide trend data reports for various material numbers
• Create sampling plans for product trials with the Local QA NPD team
• Maintain inspection plans with the Local QA master data team
• Support root cause analysis through tracking and tracing activities
• Maintain and develop Power BI reports
• Work closely within a QA team of 10 professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Food Technology or a related field
• 3-6 years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience with SAP-QM and Power BI (must)
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical skills, especially in chemical analysis and food technology (highly preferred)
• This is a temporary payroll position (no freelancers/ZZP)
• Maximum duration: 9 months + 3-month extension (no further extension possible)
• Hybrid work is possible after the initial training period
