Job summary

Mead Johnson Nijmegen, a leading infant and child nutrition producer, is seeking a Quality by Design Engineer to drive QbD across production processes.

In this role you will implement QbD methods, assess risks, and collaborate with R&D, manufacturing and QA to build robust design and control strategies. A strong analytical mindset and cross-functional teamwork are essential to support our fast-paced innovation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a quality-related role, preferably within pharma or nutrition.
• Proven experience with QbD principles, tools, and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimise QbD methodologies to improve product and process quality.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to develop design and control strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality issues early and recommend mitigations.

Our Quality department is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Quality by Design Engineer. In this critical role, you will focus on implementing and enhancing Quality by Design (QbD) principles within our production processes, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. What will you do?

Who are you?

• Proven experience with risk management and statistical data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
