Yusen Logistics in the Netherlands is seeking a QA Coordinator to supervise the quality aspects across dispatchers, warehouse staff and drivers, ensuring compliance with the Quality Manual. You will lead audits, manage CAPA, draft QA documents and coordinate changes to working processes, while training staff and reporting to senior management.

Formación

• Overseeing all the Quality Department’s operational activities and documents

Your Responsibilities as QA Coordinator :

• Ensuring the adherence to the principles of the Quality Manual


• Managing the quality systems


• Assessing the effectiveness and application of the quality assurance system


• Drafting documents relating to quality assurance


• Managing the flow of incidents and non-conformities


• Monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Your Profile as QA Coordinator :

• Good knowledge of MS Office


• Good verbal and written proficiency in French and English. Dutch and any other language is a plus


• Experience in interacting with senior and middle management and working within / leading cross-functional teams


• Experience in Quality management programs (ISOxxxx, GDP, GMP).


• Good knowledge in general business processes


• Very good reporting skills


• Accurate worker who is able to perform with deadlines


• Teamplayer with a pro-active attitude
